Terms and Conditions
Concours by Qalaa Series 2: Mini Masters
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Concours by Qalaa Series 2: Mini Masters ("Competition") organized by Anantyam Qalaa Art Gallery in Collaboration with Anantyam Foundation ("Organizer"). By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility

The Competition is open to children between the ages of [Age Range, e.g., 5 and 16] years old as of [03/10/2025].

Participants must have a parent or legal guardian ("Parent") consent to their participation and agree to these Terms on their behalf.
2. Submission Guidelines

All artwork must be original and created solely by the child participant.

Artwork must relate to the theme of "My Magical World".

Entries must be submitted as a high-resolution JPG or PNG file, with a maximum file size of 20MB, through the official competition website at www.anantyam-foundation.org.

The deadline for submissions is 18th October 2025 at 12:00 PM as per the India Time Zone. Submissions received after this time will not be considered.

Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 entries.
3. Judging Criteria and Prizes

Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be notified via email to the Parent's email address provided in the entry form by 12 th November 2025
4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
By submitting an entry, the Parent on behalf of the participant grants the Organizer and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submitted artwork and the participant's name, age, and location for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Competition and the Organizer's activities.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Displaying the artwork on the Organizer's website, social media channels, and in marketing materials.

Using the artwork in future publications or exhibitions promoting the Competition or the Organizer.
5. Profile Picture Usage

If the entry process requires participants to upload a profile picture, the Parent consents to the use of this image.

The uploaded profile picture may be displayed on the competition website alongside the submitted artwork and the participant's name. This is for the purpose of identifying the artist and promoting the Competition.
6. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Organizer's control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition.
7. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and for the uses outlined in these Terms.

8. General

By submitting an entry, the Parent confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The laws of [Hyderabad] govern these Terms.
